I just glanced over on OVDTR for the first time in a while just to see what is goign on with the Karting scene.
Not only have they removed the Clone Kart section, but it appears they have banned Lunbeck from being typed into messageboard. They are replacing it with an asterisk. I am surprised they did not just replace it with LunDork like Smitty likes to call it.
So for now the Lunbeck Ironman shall be know as "The * Ironman". Oh wait, Smitty is an easy going guy, maybe they are starting to feel the pressure, if Midway closes, there goes one of their top sections and Tyler County will hurt as well. All they will have left is the Muskingum County Speedway section and Montana Magic Update nights.
I was going to stop posting about the other on a forum but this last act is really in poor taste, almost like they are pushing the point. If they want nothing to do with Clone racing in the Ohio Valley they should just remove all referencing to karts in their forum.
There is more to the Ohio Valley Dirt Scene then Dirt Racing in the Zanesville area.

Don't know if my screen name has been banned as well, I did not log in this morning just went over to read details about Midway and Tyler County. I know a bunch of people where talking about Tyler last weekend when I was down in Parkersburg so I wanted to see if there was anything there.
I would of assumed things had calmed down on the Clone kart section but noticed it was gone, and noticed the name change for RJ in the closest section I could find. They could at least be original with the filtering, I know in a fishing forum I admin'd for a while I would change words to make it at least funny, especially between the Bow Fishing group and the catch and release group.
Shot = Hugged
BowFishing = SightSee
Redneck = Pale Neck Challenged
inbred = Blue Blood
Things like that and change it up form time to time to keep them guessing. Everybody got a kick out of it and tempers faded after a bit.
Oh well, I guess they are making up their minds to continue this feud instead of trying to patch things up. Both sides are a bit to blame here but OVDTR has gone way overboard with their reactions. If you cannot take criticism then you will not last long on the or in any sort of customer service type of business venture.

Yes my Nickname got banned LOL!!I hope this doesnt make me an outlaw cause I want a shot at the $50 bucks LOL!!I argued with them on the Moderator board and they wouldnt budge??Then I come home from work today and Killer pm's me and says I wasnt a Mod anymore!But he was cool about it,he said it was slowing down and 5 mods were enough and would use me again in the Spring!!But ,I just dont undertsand why they wont let it go??That place is just not as fun anymore since Lunbeck gate LOL!!
Killers my friend and hes been cool about it,but Bob has totally dissappointed me with all this crap!Bob said that it was Aarons fault that I lost my Nickname and I say thats BS!!Bobs being childish and loves the POWER!!I GUESS!

I just can't believe they took away your name, you where the Lunbeck Ironman way before OVDTR existed.
It does not matter not much has happened over there since I was banned anyways. Some poor kid looking for help getting into karting and another Midway thread locked as to not spread any rumors. What fun is a messageboard without some rumors, granted some go over the top but please let the kids play a little???

Yeah,its getting out of control and I really dont undertsand why they wont be a little more lenient??Especially with a freaking Nickname LOL!!Bob loves the power and being a butthole I guess!Then banning you cause of stuff you say on another website??LOL WOW!

I don't know if they banned my username but all IP's ever used with that username have been banned. I mean Aaron's name comes up as a guest, mine is still there, who knows.

Ive met smitty before and he was actually really polite and nice in person!!Thats why this is weird how he acts on there??I only know him as Bob and thats it??I already told Aaron that??He doesnt even really go to the races much either??Ive seen him once this year at Midway?I just wish I could get my damn nickname back LOL

This stuff is cracking me up.......... I really have not laughed at stuff as hard as I have this whole massage board thing. Back when it all got good on the other site, my cheeks and face were literally sore from grinning and smiling so much reading all that crap.
I think they know now how badly we hurt them by leaving. We had by far the most interesting chat board on the site. Now with Midway shutting down and some other developments, I look for that board to really go downhill.
Hard to believe that Scott can no longer be called "The Lunbeck Ironman". Scott, you do know that you are no longer a mod on there is the punishment you are getting for backing me up!!??? That's so obvious. You defended Lunbeck and signed up on our board and questioned Bob, and BAM, you are now DEMOTED from being a moderator on their site.
If it is any consolation to you Scott, you will not be represented now in the "redraw" during the Freedom 40!! Unfortunately, there are now only 5 moderators and I had the redraw set for "6". I'm not sure what to do now.
